Insulated steam line ½″ – flexible connection for your TOLO steam generator
Connect your TOLO steam generator with 5.0 or 7.5 kW to the wall duct of your steam room. The flexible stainless steel pipe comes already equipped with thermal insulation and can be adjusted by hand to the intended pipe run.
The flexible design simplifies installation in various mounting situations. The integrated insulation reduces heat loss on the way from the steam generator to the cabin.

Planning and installation
The steam line is installed between the steam generator and the appropriate wall duct. It is intended for surface-mounted installation. Plan for the shortest, most direct pipe run possible and follow the installation instructions for your TOLO steam generator.
When bending, avoid kinks and points where condensation can collect. Observe the requirements for the slope and the maximum pipe length in the installation manual.
Connecting multiple pipes
Multiple steam lines can be connected with a matching ½″ stainless steel double nipple. This must be procured separately and is not included in the delivery. Even when extending, the permissible total pipe length and the installation specifications of the steam generator must be maintained.

Hazard statements
Risk of scalding
Do not touch the steam pipe during operation. Install the pipe out of the reach of children. The pipe can reach temperatures of up to 105 °C for short periods, which can cause severe burns.
Distance from combustible materials
Maintain a safety distance of at least 3 cm between the steam pipe and combustible materials such as wood.
Minimizing bends
Reduce the number of bends in the pipe to minimize the noise of the inflowing steam in the steam room. Keep the bending radii as large as possible to optimize flow.
Condensation formation
Condensation can collect in the steam pipe, which can be ejected upon sudden discharge and cause injuries. Route the pipe in such a way that no water remains inside it.
Material wear and corrosion
Regularly check the pipes, especially connecting sleeves and seals, for material fatigue, corrosion, or other damage. Defective pipes can release hot steam and cause injuries.
